The story revolves around , a RAW agent who comes out of exile to take down Jim , a ruthless former RAW agent turned leader of a mercenary group called Outfit X . Jim has been hired by a Pakistani general to seek revenge against India by deploying a biological weapon of mass destruction—a mutated smallpox virus named " Raktbeej ".
