Desktop Stickers 2.0 Access
If you don't see the "Add stickers" option in your personalization settings, you may need to enable it via the Registry Editor.

: Right-click on device , select New > Key , and name it stickers . select New > Key
: The feature only works when your desktop background is set to a Picture or Windows Spotlight . It does not currently support Slideshows.
