Vowing revenge, Jaikant uses his political connections to get Singham promoted—but there’s a catch. He has Singham transferred to the city of Goa, Jaikant's personal playground where the police, the politicians, and even the street vendors are on his payroll.
Singham arrives in Goa to find a police force that has forgotten what it means to wear the uniform. They are demotivated, corrupt, and living in fear. Jaikant makes it his mission to break Singham’s spirit, orchestrating a series of psychological and physical attacks, including framing Singham’s mentors and threatening his family.
