After assassinating Garuda, Rocky establishes himself as the undisputed messiah and king of KGF. He transforms the mines from a hellish slave camp into a fortified city with better facilities for the workers, who are now fiercely loyal to him. While building his empire, he also fulfills a promise to his mother to die as the richest and most powerful man. The Three-Way War Rocky faces threats from two major fronts:
