Stories let you share photos or videos that disappear after 24 hours. If you are building an app or bot,

: Tap Stories (or the People tab) at the bottom of the app, then tap Add to story . type your thought

: In a group's feed, scroll down and up to see the Create post button.

: Open the Messenger app, tap Post a note (near your profile picture), type your thought, and hit Share .

Depending on what you mean by "post," there are several ways to share content through Messenger:
