In this episode, Futaba Yoshioka and her friends—Kou, Shuuko, Yuuri, and Aya—visit a fireworks festival together.

Futaba briefly encounters Toma Kikuchi, a boy she had a previous awkward interaction with, and apologizes to him. Yuuri confesses her feelings to Kou but is rejected.

Yuuri Makita wears a yukata to impress Kou, causing Futaba to feel insecure as she watches them together.
